Sori Yanagi designed this glass in 1960s, featuring four vertical lines of dots to create visually pleasing pattern and more importantly, easier for your hands to grip. The bottom of the glass is carved with the initial of Sori Yanagi's last name.

Sori Yanagi (1915–2011) is one of the most famous product designers in Japan. He was born in 1915 in Tokyo, Japan, as the son of Soetsu Yanagi, who founded the “mingei” movement, which celebrated Japanese folk crafts and the beauty of everyday objects.
Yanagi is both a representative of the wholly Japanese modern designer and a full-blown modernist who merged simplicity and practicality with elements of traditional Japanese crafts. Sori Yanagi’s works reconcile the two worlds of craft and industry by adapting the benefits of the handmade with the advantages of industrial production. His designs reflect an exemplary understanding of industrial production without losing the lightness and delicacy that is a characteristic of Japanese traditional design.

We ship our products from Vancouver, Canada and we use Canada Post trackable post service / UPS (depending on the destination).
British Columbia:
Standard: $12 or free for purchase over $120 (before tax).
We don't have express shipping option within British Columbia, as it is usually pretty fast to ship within the province.
Other provinces in Canada
Standard: $18; free for purchase over $180 (before tax).
Express: $18 for purchase over $180; $36 for purchase below $180.
United States:
Standard (4-8 business days): CAD 25; free for purchase over CAD 300 (before tax).
Express (3-4 business days): CAD 25 for purchase over $300; CAD 50 for purchase below $300.
For other regions in the world, shipping fees are varied and please check at the check-out.
All duties resulted in oversea shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
