Important Notice to U.S. Customers

After Aug. 29, 2025, there will be import duties applied to any amount of purchase for products shipped from Canada to USA. Price is displayed in USD if you visit our website in the U.S..

With the rising difficulties to ship to the U.S., currently we are using UPS or DHL for shipments to the U.S, and it usually takes only 2-3 business days.

Free for orders over USD 500

U.S. customers - please read the following before purchase on our online store:

  • Please note that there will be import duties for your shipments to U.S.

  • We use UPS/DHL (2-3 business days) for a fast and reliable shipping experience. The carrier will contact the buyer regarding import duties payment via 1) the e-mail address and/or 2) the phone number the buyer provided at the time of purchase. Please make sure to input the correct e-mail address and phone number to ensure a smooth import procedure.
  • In the case that import duties are not paid within a period of time, the carrier will return the shipment to us. We will refund the amount of the product, but the shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • In the case of eligible return(full-priced items), the buyer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back, including repackage the product properly and pay for the return shipping fee.

If you are not sure about the size of the clothing item, we recommend shopping on Garmentory as they provide free returns on full-priced items. 

Ordering on our website and Garmentory will both require paying import duties upon delivery.
