Shipping policy

British Columbia:

Canada Post/UPS: $12 or free for purchase over $120 (before tax).

We don't have express shipping option within British Columbia, as it is usually pretty fast to ship within the province.

Other provinces in Canada

For AB, SK, MB, ON and QC:

Canada Post/UPS: $18;  free for purchase over $180 (before tax).

UPS Express: $18 for purchase over $180; $36 for purchase below $180.

For NB, PE, NS, NL, YT, NT and NU:

UPS: $20; free for purchase over $180 (before tax)

United States:

After Aug. 29, 2025, there will be import duties applied to any amount of purchase for products shipped from Canada to USA.

With the rising difficulties to ship to the U.S., currently we are only using DHL Express for shipments to the U.S, as it is the most reliable and fastest shipping service as far as we know (it usually takes only 2 - 3 business days).

DHL Express: CAD 45 for purchase under CAD 500.

DHL Express: CAD 25 for purchase over CAD 500.

DHL Express: Free for purchase over CAD 1000.

For other regions in the world:

shipping fees are varied and please check at the check-out.

PLEASE NOTE: the shipping time outside of North America can take at least 3 weeks. Please take it into consideration before placing your order. We are not responsible for the delay caused by shipping courier.
