U.S. customers - please read the following before purchase on our online store:

  • Please note that there will be import duties for your shipments to U.S.

  • We use UPS (2-3 business days) for a fast and reliable shipping experience.UPS will contact the buyer regarding import duties payment via 1) the e-mail address and/or 2) the phone number the buyer provided at the time of purchase. Please make sure to input the correct e-mail address and phone number to ensure a smooth import procedure.
  • In the case that import duties are not paid within a period of time, UPS will return the shipment to us. We will refund the amount of the product, but the shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • In the case of eligible return(full-priced items), the buyer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back, including repackage the product properly and pay for the return shipping fee.
