Eleonor Bostrom is a ceramic artist spending her time between Stockholm and San Francisco. She has been making porcelain ceramics for over 10 years. Her work is focused on sculptures with function and sculptural utility goods.
You may easily feel the subtle humor of her work-either a dog immersing in a coffee cup or a sprout plant clipping from its head. Eleonor is inspired by everyday things, objects, which can also be something a friend says they need and then she tries to think of how a dog could do that for her. And then the humor usually falls into place.
