7115 by Szeki Classic Carry All Bag - Navy
Imagine if you had one bag that could do it all, a magical carry-all à la Mary Poppins. A bag that you could take with you to work, meetings, dinner, grocery shops, coffee runs, library visits, and more. Well, now you don’t have to imagine because it’s here.
This open-top carry-all bag is cut in a deep bucket bag inspired silhouette. It features a satisfyingly wide strap for comfort while you’re holding it, whether that be on your shoulder or in your hands. We crafted it out of one of our favorite fabrics — a robust cotton-linen blend that features a wonderful subtle texture. A delight to carry! The pared back and modern design allows it to seamlessly weave in and out of all the different occasions in your day-to-day life.
You may be familiar with this material if you own one of our Signature Linen Sumo Jacket. The story of this bag was that it was actually born out of our love for this substantial cotton-linen blend. This is a sturdy mid-weight fabric that combines our two favorite natural fibers and features a slightly earthy texture.
- 12.5" x 13"
- 60% cotton, 40% linen
- Spot clean recommended. It's a resilient fabric, but if you do feel like there's a need to wash we recommend a cold hand-wash and then lay flat to air dry
About 7115 by Szeki:
We are a design studio based in New York founded in 2008. Our mission is to craft clever garments that become the most hardworking pieces in your wardrobe for years to come.
Our designer, Szeki Chan, who originally hails from Hong Kong, graduated from Parsons School of Design in New York with a BFA in Design and Technology. The inspiration for her designs is the bustling city of her adopted home—New York. After years of living in the city, Szeki wants to make the search for high-quality and functional basics more effortless for her local community. Drawing upon her background, she follows an unconventional and pragmatic approach to apparel design.
Most of our garments are expertly crafted and ethically made by our in-house production team located in Guangzhou City, China, only an hour from where Szeki was born. We also partner with like-minded local studios in the region and produce our collections in small batches to avoid excess.
Our designs focus on simple silhouettes that feature thoughtfully considered detailing. We believe in investing in less and spending more time with what you have. We hope our pieces allow you to explore the many ways one garment can be part of your everyday life.
In 2019, 7115 opened its doors to its first international store in Copenhagen, Denmark. This is the third 7115 store, alongside our New York City and Brooklyn locations.
Szeki lives with her husband, son and their family dog, on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, where the original 7115 store still stands strong.
